Founder’s Perspective

Rooted in Purpose

Nutriroot was founded on the belief that health is shaped not only by individual choices, but also by the environments people live, work, learn, and eat within.

Grounded in evidence-based nutrition science, Nutriroot bridges the gap between clinical knowledge and real-world application through practical, sustainable nutrition strategies that support healthier living.

Through consulting, education, and wellness support, Nutriroot works to create healthier systems, environments, and communities that make wellbeing more accessible and impactful.

Founder Reflection

Through professional experience and personal observation, Thereso recognised how difficult it can be for people to apply health and nutrition knowledge within the realities of everyday life.

This understanding shaped Nutriroot’s philosophy, recognising that sustainable wellbeing is influenced not only by individual behaviour, but also by food environments, access, education, workplace culture, and the systems people interact with daily.

“Nutriroot was created to bridge the gap between nutrition science and the realities of everyday life.”
